Booking/ Cancellation Policy- All Lash sets/ lash lifts/ brow laminations/ tint appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or more otherwise subject to $40 non-refundable cancellation fee. All permanent make-up or Microblading appointments must be cancelled 48 hours in advance otherwise subject to non-refundable $50 fee. No call or no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the full price service missed.

Refunds & Returns Policy - ALL sales and services are final including Any specials or pre-paid promotions (even after service is completed). Training course pre-payments are non-refundable after 5 days due to limited availability.
